Hi, I’m Sam Notte—a dedicated real estate professional with The Gardner Group, serving buyers, sellers, and investors along 30A with a focus on Rosemary Beach, Alys Beach and surrounding luxury coastal communities.

Born and raised in Atlanta, I spent my childhood summers at my grandparents’ home in Inlet Beach, where my connection to the area—and passion for the coastal lifestyle—first began. After serving four years in the U.S. Navy as a Non-Commissioned Officer aboard the USS Gerald R. Ford, I returned to earn my Business Administration degree from Georgia State University and pursue a career rooted in service and integrity.
