Channing is an accomplished real estate professional with a diverse background in business management, contract negotiation, investment finance, and technology. He has been actively involved in the 30A real estate market for over 15 years, during which he has developed properties and established himself as a top producer in the scenic 30A market. As an Associate Broker for the Gardner Group, Channing represents buyers and sellers throughout the 30A area, holding an exceptional portfolio of both on- and off-market listings from Rosemary Beach to Dune Allen.

With a degree in Investment Finance from the University of Alabama, Channing possesses a solid foundation in financial analysis and investment strategies. This expertise allows him to assess investment opportunities and conduct cash-on-cash investment analyses, ensuring that clients make well-informed decisions when it comes to their real estate investments.

In addition to his financial acumen, Channing has hands-on experience in construction and property development. Since his move to 30A in 2007, he has been involved in building several investment properties, gaining valuable insights into vacant land development and the resale of redeveloped properties in the 30A market. This firsthand experience enables him to provide valuable guidance to clients interested in single-family homes, land development, and property improvement in the 30A area.

Prior to his real estate career, Channing was a tech executive in the content delivery network (CDN) space, catering to notable clients such as Coca-Cola, Home Depot, and Office Depot. He also founded and served as CEO of LiveJam HD, a digital media company that delivered live music to millions of households. Channing's background in technology, negotiation skills, and passion for information gathering make him a natural at navigating the complexities of real estate transactions and providing his clients with exceptional service.

Outside of work, Channing enjoys boating, playing beach volleyball, traveling, and, most importantly, spending quality time with his wife, Carly, and their daughter, Lola Zee.
